STRATEGIC

Yindi Systems began in 1991 as a boutique marketing consultancy focused on working with hardware and software vendors the IT sector. Over time it gained experience in running strategic business development and sales lead generation campaigns, using CRM software and outbound call centre systems.

Yindi Systems has always undertaken pro bono projects for community groups such as Scouting, volunteer rescue services and junior sports organisations.  One of our major projects has been assisting the owners of the Keeping Place collection of Indigenous painting, sculpture and photography to secure a permanent physical home for their vast number of artefacts and artworks.  A key part of this project has been developing and implementing a Strategic Plan to leverage the energy and time of a vast network of longterm supporters, Patrons, Ambassadors, friends, followers and relevant politicians at federal state and local government level.

The most recent phase of strategic projects and campaigns began with the campaign to oppose force amalgamation of local councils in NSW. There are currently 5 major active campaigns which cover better planning for greater Sydney, opposition to over development, public transport planning and local planning and environment issues.

Yindi Systems has now packaged its expertise up as an offering to not-for-profit advocacy and activist organisations under the brand name of Yindi Strategic.  Our projects are always non-aligned with and political party or independent candidates who may be standing for election.  Our philosophy could be described as professional lobbying, but on behalf of community groups, not “the top end of town”.
